« Perhaps because I worked in other professions before practising as a lawyer, I am constantly concerned to understand the expectations of the person or company I am representing. This involves mutual analysis of the situation as it stands, definition of a strategy, and then devotion of time and skill. From my first cases in the criminal courts to my role as counsel to companies, from the “unprofitable“ case to redress injustice to the high-profile “media” case, I always follow the same line : comprehension, analysis, tenacity, and always keep in mind the genuine interests of the “client“, who is fact so much more than a mere “client”. Having developed a working relationship over several years with my colleagues, my intention is to continue to collectively develop our professional services, whether involving advisory matters or in litigation, offering a high level of professional service, and maintaining a modest and good-humoured attitude! »

« I joined the Paris Bar in 2006, acting particularly in criminal matters, and have always considered that the role of lawyer involves developing a very strong relationship with the person whose defence is at stake. Having been established for several years in sole practice, I soon became aware of the need to pool skills with lawyers specialising in different fields. Practising as a lawyer in a structure such as Cabinet Montmartre means becoming involved in other aspects of the profession such as providing advice on contract law or indeed the law concerning defamation and the press, to the same high standard but with the added value of teamwork and the complementarity of colleagues’ skills, whilst maintaining a structure on a human scale, which is truly the firm’s particular hallmark. »

« Having achieved post-graduate level from two Paris universities – a DESS [post-graduate degree] in Administration and Public Management from University of Paris II Assas, and a DESS in Public Company law from University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, I then made the choice to assist and defend individuals in litigation arising under administrative, criminal and family law. It is my conviction that it is not enough to go through the actions of proceedings, the people involved need to be accompanied too. »

« Having obtained a Master II from the University of Nancy as well as Queen’s University of Belfast (UK), I joined the Paris Bar on 1st February 2005 having previously worked as parliamentary assistant at the French National Assembly for several years. With my experience gained principally in litigation, I assist my clients – both institutions and individuals – in the fields of private law, labour law, commercial leases and residential matters. I also act in matters of public law, particularly with regard to the law concerning foreigners. My constant concern is to protect the interests of my clients, whom I accompany throughout their proceedings with diligence and determination. »

« My experience both as a graduate of University of Paris 1 Panthéon – Sorbonne, and in the professional field has enabled me to develop a solid track record in litigation, in French and in Spanish, acting essentially in matters concerning general private law , sport law and commercial law. I also act in defence of victims of seeking compensation for physical injury as a result of accidents and legal offences. My priority as a lawyer: constantly to seek satisfaction for my clients. »

« Having obtained a bachelor's degree in English and French law and a Master II in Human Rights from the University of Paris-Ouest La Défense, I joined the Paris Bar in November 2014. Involved with CIMADE - association for the defense of foreigners’ rights - for more than three years, I am committed to rigorously and relentlessly defending the interests of my clients, both in litigation and in legal advice. I intervene in migration law, in private law, particularly in matters of personal injury, but also in company law. My skills are complementary to those of my associates and this is the main asset of the firm: being able to offer a transversal vision of the law that leaves no detail and flawless teamwork. »
